Can you explain how your jewelry is sustainable?

Of course! We only work with sustainable and ethical artisans. All of our jewelry is made in small batches so that we don't create waste. All of our sterling silver and gold is recycled, lead and nickel free. For more information, check out of Sustainability Page.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Your jewelry has been sent to you unworn, and sealed in polybags, but we still suggest that you always clean your new jewelry with rubbing alcohol. In general, you should clean your earrings each time you put them on because they can build up residue or bacteria as you wear and take them off.

For Silver jewelry, you can use a polishing cloth or solution.
Lucite is easy to maintain. Simply use a lint-free cloth to rub out any fingerprints or residue.
Gold and Gold plated jewelry should not tarnish like silver. If your jewelry needs a quick spot check, you can use warm water with mild soap.
Do not over clean your jewelry to ensure the plating stays intact.
Make sure your jewelry is completely dry before storing. This is important to maintain a beautiful finish and avoid unwanted tarnishing or damage.

What is Lucite?
Lucite is a clear type of acrylic / resin. We have perfected the production method to create high quality handcrafted jewelry that is embellished with silver and/or 24K gold leaf that are on trend and unique. Each Lucite piece is handcrafted from the mold to the finishing touches. Avoid dropping on hard surfaces, as it can break.

How do you make your Lucite jewelry?
Our Lucite jewelry is all handcrafted. Each color is created and poured by hand. For our illusion lucite hoops, each piece is hand painted to add a pop of color.

How should I use the magnet?
Our magnets are very strong. If you pull on them, it will cause the clasp to break. To open/separate the magnets, you should always use your finger/nail to part them and gently open. Avoid wearing during high motion activities such as sports or at the gym to avoid it falling off. Do not wear in water.

Is your silver plated?
Yes. We plate all our sterling silver jewelry with Rhodium and/or 14K Gold. This creates a bright color to the silver and reduces tarnishing, and any metal allergies.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All of our metals are 100% nickel and lead free. We plate our jewelry with Rhodium or gold, which reduces metal allergies as well.

I like your bracelet/necklace, but I need a different size. Can you make it?

Does your jewelry have a warranty?
We have a 14 day money back guarantee for all of our jewelry for any manufacturing defects. If you take proper care of your pieces, they could last a lifetime! Please email Customer Support for additional information.

What should I do if my jewelry becomes damaged or broken after 30 days?
Should your jewelry break or become damaged, please contact Customer Support.

I received jewelry as a gift, but I would like to exchange it for something else. Can I do so without the purchaser knowing?
Yes. Please contact Customer Support.

What is GOR?

We use unique manufacturing technology to create 100% gold jewelry that is exceptionally light in weight and yet virtually indestructible. The resin is a man made substance that is durable and reinforces the gold to be dent resistant.
