    III. ORDERING 

    1. PAYMENT METHODS

    We accept U.S. issued credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.

    When placing a credit or debit card order online or from any mobile device, you will need: 

    1. The address, in which the card’s statement is being sent (billing address).
      2. The card number and expiration date.
      3. The 3 or 4 digit code found only on the card (CVV2 code).

    Credit card orders can be placed online over our Secure Socket Layer encrypted connection. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your credit card will be debited upon authorization being received.

     

    1. SHIPPING POLICIES

    Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. ships orders within the 50 United States. Depending on merchandise availability and the shipping method you choose at checkout, orders shipped usually arrive within 1 to 10 business days. Orders will be shipped between Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Your signature is required for delivery. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.  Actual Methods of shipping will be indicated on the order form page and are hereby incorporated by reference. 

    1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

    Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that is beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature. 

    1. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    All sales of any merchandise purchased through GoldandHoney.com shall be final sale, and no returns or exchanges are allowed, except as otherwise expressly stated.

    Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

    You may cancel an order placed on GoldandHoney.com by contacting GoldandHoney.com prior to the final processing of the merchandise (additional processing fees for cancelation may apply).

    Due to Covid-19, Gold & Honey will not accept returns on any merchandise.

    Defects:  Any merchandise which arrive with a manufacturing defect may be returned to GoldandHoney.com under the following circumstances: (1) you contact GoldandHoney.com within forty-eight (48) hours after your receipt of the merchandise, describing the defect, (2) an RMA number (as described below) has been obtained, and (3) the return of the defective merchandise must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the defective merchandise was originally delivered to the recipient.

    The following terms apply for all returns:

    • To return any items to Gold&Honey.com you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by completing the return merchandise authorization process on Gold&Honey.com.
    • An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by completing the return merchandise authorization process on Gold&Honey.com.
    • GoldandHoney.com cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender”. 
    • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product. Exchanges or credits on Gold&Honey.com will be permitted and may be selected as an option when completing the return merchandise authorization process on Gold&Honey.com.
    • Original Shipping charges are not refundable in in case of general returns and gift item returns.  GoldandHoney.com will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for all approved returns. 
    • To ensure a refund, credit or exchange is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
    • Gold&Honey.com will also accept returns received within the period commencing fourteen (14) days after the date the returned item was originally delivered to the recipient and ending thirty (30) days after the date the returned item was originally delivered to the recipient, provided that such returns shall be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
    • Return requests made thirty (30) days after the date the item was originally delivered to the recipient will not be accepted by Gold&Honey.com.

    Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.  Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. will not accept returns on any items purchased from an unauthorized retailer, sample sale or when damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors. 

    After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes fourteen (14) business days or sooner to process your refund for gift items and thirty (30) to ninety (90) business days or sooner to process your refund for defective merchandise.  Once a return is processed, it usually takes seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

     

    Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. is not responsible for any misuse or lack of maintenance with respect to any merchandise purchased from GoldandHoney.com.  User acknowledges and agrees that he or she has read all the specifications and care and maintenance requirements with respect to the merchandise purchased on GoldandHoney.com, as may be indicated on the specific merchandise page or on the “order form” (as defined in Section XIV below).   

     

    1. CHARGEBACK POLICY

    All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed for an order through GoldandHoney.com or one of its licensed third party vendors. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on GoldandHoney.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.

    YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON THIS WEBSITE OR THROUGH AN APP OR MOBILE PLATFORM. IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU, YOU AGREE THAT GOLD & HONEY JEWELRY, INC. MAY RECOVER THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK IN ADDITION TO ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH RECOVERY EFFORTS BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR HAVING THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY.

    Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason. Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. reserves the right to require additional information before processing any order. If an order appears fraudulent in any way, Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the order, notify the card holder and the proper authorities.  A contract between Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. and you will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the merchandise which you ordered have been shipped to you. If we discover an error in the price of any merchandise, which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

User hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York located in the County of Nassau, and of the United States of America located in the State of New in the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York, for any litigation arising out of or relating to use of or purchase made through GoldandHoney.com (and agrees not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts), waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such litigation in the courts of the State of New York, and agrees not to plead or claim in any court of the State of New York that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum. User hereby agrees that he or she may only resolve disputes with Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren't allowed under our Terms and Conditions. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the products or services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or else that claim or cause of action will be barred forever.
