RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Gold & Honey Jewelry, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

You may cancel an order placed on GoldandHoney.com by contacting Customer Service prior to the final processing of the merchandise (additional processing fees for cancelation may apply).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your order number or e-mail must be confirmed for authorization on all returns or exchanges. 

We know you will love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or store credit on full-price items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery.

Store credit or exchanges within 90 days of delivery.

The jewelry must be in their original condition, unworn and unused. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. 

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

WARRANTY

We offer two-year warranty on all our full-priced jewelry subject to manufacturing defects only. You'll be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
